To pair the 4K receiver with the mouse, follow these steps: 1. Download and install the mouse driver from the official Rapoo website (the driver is compatible with Windows system only). 2. Update the driver and firmware [Support > Driver/Firmware version > Check for updates]. If the driver or firmware fails to update, please switch your network (Ethernet/WiFi/Hotspot). 3. Connect the mouse to your computer via the included type-c cable, plug in the 4K receiver. 4. Disconnect the type-c cable, turn on the mouse power switch and press the left, right, and middle scroll button simultaneously. The green light will turn steady when pairing completes.
